Tribunal Rules On Atiku’s Petition Challenging Inec’s Use Of Card Readers

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, ruled on Atiku Abubakar’s petitions on the use of smart card readers by INEC.

The five-man panel of justices said the petitions were not generic, adding that the matter had already been resolved against the 2nd respondent (INEC).

Chairman of the panel, Justice Mohammed Garba, thereafter, called on other members of the panel to give their decision on the matter.

Amirablesblog.com reports that the remaining four members of the panel acknowledged their agreement to the rulings (gave by the chairman).
